QU Wei Qu received his Bachelor Degree from Northwest University in 2004 and his Master degree in project management from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2013.

From 2004 to 2020, he worked in Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics as deputy director of the General Office, director of the General Office, director of the Office of the Party Committee, director of the Office of Secrecy, director of the Office of Supervision and Audit, and assistant to the Director. In April 2021, he was appointed as Vice President of SARI.
