Evaporative cooling technology can be applied in electrical equipment. Our research institute started the research of 1.2 MW fully evaporative cooling generator at first. Through the development of 50 MW evaporative cooling generator which can be working over ten years with trouble-free maintenance, our target is to develop and apply this technology on those generators having larger capacity. Meanwhile, we are planning to research the development of special transformers of evaporative cooling technology.
The performance of the product:
Through a long period of research, our research institute has developed the evaporative cooling technology which takes insulation dielectric as medium. Such technology has been successfully applied to multiple hydraulic-powered generators with different-capacity, and it has demonstrated superior technical and economic performance.
First of all, the product does not have non-pump closed loop so that there is no need for external control facilities.
Secondly, it is capable of self-adaptive and self-medication for different operation conditions of motors.
Thirdly, the winding temperature of motor is low and uniform, which can extend the operational life of insulation as well as generate super-capacity.
Fourthly, the constitution of such system is simple and there is no blocking and leakage accidents caused by defects.
Last but not least, the operation and maintenance of the product is easy and convenient.
Accordingly, our product has wide application scale on high speed and multi-capacity level generators, especially on those generators with large capacity.
