The 2011 Shanghai Jiading Technology Expo was held at Shanghai Automobile Exhibition Center from August 25 to 26, 2011. Almost one hundred research institutes and enterprises showcased their high-tech achievements as well as released R & D needs to seek further integration of industry, education and research.
Shanghai Advanced Research Institute (SARI) exhibited several latest hi-tech achievements such as high definition image processor, research on CMOS image sensor chip with low illumination and wide dynamic range and its industrialization, WiFi RFIC integrated module based on InGaP/GaAs HBT, energy-efficient and hydrophilic hollow fiber membrane, forward proactive safety pre-warning system based on CIS Automobile, intelligent parking management system of Internet of things, safety monitoring internet of things(not used in coal mine), etc. Dr. ZHANG Xu, Vice President of CAS Shanghai Branch, attended the Expo and thought highly of SARI’s exhibits. Through this event, SARI well demonstrated its achievements and extended its influence, which will help strengthen the cooperation with local hi-tech enterprises.

The Expo is jointly organized by the people's government of the Jiading district, CAS Shanghai Branch, Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Committee, etc.
