National Center for Protein Science ？Shanghai (NCPSS) is rooted from National Facility for Protein Science Shanghai (NFPSS) project, which aims at ensuring the efficient facility operation and high-quality service for all users while developing into an advanced global technology platform and an internationally competitive research center for protein science.
NCPSS is composed of 9 technology systems with state-of-the-art instruments in its Haike Road Campus and 6 Beamline stations within the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility.
NCPSS aims to house 40 young principal investigators attracted from top institutions around the world, who will conduct cutting-edge protein science research and technology development.
Besides, a group of talented technical staff will be in place managing the facility to ensure the facility staying at high efficiency and competency in the field.
